How do I install this on my avatar?

Valid question, the way i install clothing and what i recommend is to get a tool like applyaccessories (https://github.com/artieficial/ApplyAccessories/releases) and use that to apply the piece of clothing

Yes, you would need the Kita’vali avatar base created and distributed by Wispweaver in the discord server “Kita’s Gremlinhouse”, as that's the avatar base specifically this set is made for.
